As an affiliate, you will earn a commission on qualifying sales of products or services made through your unique affiliate link. The commission rate and payment terms will be determined by the specific affiliate program and may vary. We reserve the right to change the commission rate and payment terms at any time, in our sole discretion.
You are prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:
We reserve the right to terminate your participation in our affiliate program at any time, for any reason, in our sole discretion. If we terminate your participation, you will forfeit any unpaid commissions and will not be eligible to participate in any future affiliate programs.
We will not be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our affiliate network or participation in our affiliate programs. This includes, but is not limited to, any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions, the use of our affiliate network, or participation in our affiliate programs, shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted in the state of Connecticut. These Terms and Conditions and any arbitration hereunder shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Connecticut, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time, in our sole discretion. Any changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our affiliate network and participation in our affiliate programs after any changes have been made will constitute your acceptance of such changes.
